Olujuwon Abiodun Osibanjo
Olujuwon Abiodun Osibanjo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at University of Lagos Akoka Lagos and Master’s Degree – MBA (Operation management) of Lagos State University Ojo Lagos. A member of Institute of Management with years of experience having served in senior managerial positions with the private sector companies. He is a Member of Shared Services and Outsourcing Network. A Fellow, institute of professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA). He worked with UBAPlc for 15years and left in 2005, as Senior Manager. He joined Vmobile which developed to Celtel and Zain Nigeria and left in 2010 as HOD, Shared Services. He has had several Management courses locally and internationally especially in South Africa, Jordan, Bahrain and Kenya where he run a Master’s programme in Human Resources with Zain Academy. A highly motivated Human Resource Practitioner with major experience in Organizational Development, Corporate Management and Shared Services. He established Capetrust Investment Ltd in 2010 as a shared service company currently, leading the company workforce.
Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna

Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is a distinguished banking Executive and has served as Group Managing Director of CFS GROUP GHANA PLC, a holding company overseeing multiple commercial and investment banks across Africa. Under his visionary leadership, he successfully secured operational licenses and established banking institutions in Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, and Malawi. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CFS Group (Ghana) Plc for four years, driving the company’s growth and market expansion.

Uchechukwu holds a degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Lagos State University, Ojo, and M-GIBES College of Business & Management, UK. With over 20 years of extensive experience in banking and financial services, he has held key positions at leading institutions, including Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Enterprise Bank, Heritage Bank Plc, and Juwac International Group of Companies. He also sits at the board of various companies. His expertise spans across customer service, account support management, relationship management, business banking, bulk acquisition, branch supervision, and regional coordination of direct sales representatives.

Renowned for his deep knowledge of global capital markets, commercial and investment banking, Uchechukwu possesses an influential network and a strong acumen in capital raising, business development, and strategic management. His career has been marked by exceptional achievements in marketing, project implementation, and financial services innovation. Olalekan Fayoyiwa
Olalekan Fayoyiwa holds a Bachelor of Science (Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Transport Management (Aviation) from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He has a Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology, Zaria. Lekan Fayoyiwa started honing his financial and investment skills as the Secretary of Bristow Staff Cooperative Multipurpose Society in 2012. He was latter saddled with the responsibility of steering the ship as the president of the same cooperative society in 2016. Under his leadership as the President, the asset of the cooperative society grew from 103,377,101 naira to 1,417,838,764.85 naira as at 31st December 2019. Lekan Fayoyiwa sits on the board of TRADVISION, oil & gas and facility company since 2017 and GiftsonPoint, a general contractor and merchandise company since 2018. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); Nigeria Metallurgical Society (NMS); and Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP). Lekan is an astute writer with publications in international journals with titles ranging from: Aircraft Maintenance Process knowledge Modeling Method; Software Support for Simulation and Prediction of Failure and Faults during Aircraft Operations; Algorithms for Design of Robust Stabilization Process among others.
Ivie Imasogie–Adigun
Ivie Imasogie–Adigun serves as the Managing Consultant of Zynergy Consulting Ltd and is a seasoned professional with 34 years’ experience in Financial Services, Energy, Marketing Communication and Telecommunications; 25 of which are in Human Capital Management for both established and Start-up Companies. She is multidisciplined in Communication, Human Resource Management, and core Marketing. Some of the companies Ivie worked in include Vigeo Limited, LTC Advertising, FSB International Bank, Standard Trust bank Zain Nigeria Ltd and most recently Sahara Group where she was the Group Head HR. Ivie is a proven results-oriented professional with People Insight and proven capabilities in leveraging Human Capital as an enabler towards corporate profitability. Her areas of expertise include Change Management, Career Management and Development, Resourcing, Managing HR Customer Services, Employee Communication & Executive Coaching and HR Business Partnering Ivie has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee, USA and an MBA from the University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. Churchill Uba

Churchill Uba is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in banking and financial management across Africa and North America. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from Abia State University in Nigeria and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Project Management from the University of Lagos. To further enhance his expertise, he completed a Certificate in Growth Strategies: Identifying Opportunities in Market Trends from Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria, and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Churchill demonstrates a robust commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.

Throughout his banking career, Churchill has held significant positions at notable institutions, including the now-defunct FinBank Plc (FCMB), Diamond Bank (Access Bank), Union Bank, Fidelity Bank, Keystone Bank, Unity Bank, and Cititrust Asset Management (Benin Republic), where he was the Country Chief Executive. His vast experience encompasses key roles in West Africa and Canada, where he continues to impact the financial services landscape.

Currently, he is expanding his knowledge through an abridged program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU), focusing on Financial Services Connection in a Digital World.

Churchill has been instrumental in startup financing, business monitoring, and the implementation of strategic initiatives that have driven growth in industries such as education, real estate, and hospitality. His work has significantly contributed to operational efficiency and maximizing return on investment for various businesses.

Meg Nkechinyere Irozuru
Mrs. Meg Nkechinyere Irozuru attended the University of Lagos where she obtained a B.Sc degree in Business Administration. She also obtained a B.Sc degree in Applied Information Technology from the Sikkim-Manipal University, India. She further obtained an M.Sc in Corporate Governance from the Leeds Metropolitan University, London. She began her working career with Authur Andersen & Co. as the Personal Assistant to the International Managing Partner. She thereafter worked with K2 International Limited Honk Kong as Marketing Coordinator and also as the Personal Assistant to the Quality Assurance Director of Coca-Cola Nigeria Limited. She also worked as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, Petrobras Nigeria Limited. She also worked with Petrobras Nigeria Limited as a Special Assistant/Snr. Administrative Coordinator, and further assumed the positing of the Human Resources Manager. In addition, of her exceptional work ethics, Meg was promoted to being the Company’s Government Relations/Nigerian Content Development Manager. She was a Non-Executive Director at Cititrust Holdings Plc. and also A Non-Executive Director at MCK Consulting Limited
Friday Ogbuehi

Elder Friday Ogbuehi graduated from Saint Louis University, Madrid, Spain Campus in 1983 with an Associate Degree in Communications. In 1985, he graduated from Drury (College) University, Springfield, Missouri USA, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Spanish Language. In 1988, he completed his Masters
Degree in Business Administration from Southeastern University, S.W., Washington D.C. In 2000, he completed his studies at Blackstone School of Law, Carrollton, Texas, USA, and became a Certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
Elder Friday Ogbuehi was the Managing Director of Trans-Atlantic Networks, Inc. at College Park, Maryland USA, an advertising, promotions, and marketing consulting firm. He is currently the Managing Director of Lubak Links, Lagos, Nigeria, a Procurement Consultant and Services Company. He is also currently a director at Mercy Ogbuehi Foundation for Widows & Orphans. Elder Ogbuehi played vital roles in the formation stage of Umuahia Union, Washington D.C. in the 1980s. He was also a onetime Financial Secretary of the Umuahia Union, Washington D.C. USA.
Elder Friday Ogbuehi served for two years as Vice President and five years as president of Amibo Improvement Union, Lagos Branch. In 2010, he served as the Committee Chairman for the Ubakala Improvement Union (U.I.U) Lagos Conference Civic Center Launching.
For his philanthropic works, Elder Ogbuehi has been honoured by various organizations. On March 26, 2017, the Women Ministry of Holy Trinity Anglican Church Apumiri, Ubakala, Umuahia conferred on Elder Ogbuehi its award of Ambassador of Christ for his support of the Church and humanity. On December 9, 2017, Amibo Improvement Union Lagos Branch conferred on Elder Ogbuehi as an Elder of the Union and a distinguished award of Excellence Leadership.
On June 20, 2021, the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Apumiri Ubakala honoured Elder Ogbuehi as a peculiar father and on November 13, 2021, Umuahia Youth in Lagos honoured Elder Ogbuehi for his excellent leadership qualities. Also, on December 2021, HRH Eze Prof. Dr. C. A. Ucheagha, Enyi II of Laguru Autonomous
Community also honoured Elder Ogbuehi for his good leadership qualities and achievements.
Elder Ogbuehi has used his vast experience in life to provide various excellent services to his community Amibo and Ubakala Clan at large. He has used his position as the President General of Ubakala Clan to ensure that peace is maintained, infrastructures are in place, and that the welfare and well-being of Ndi Ubakala are of great importance.
