Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is a distinguished banking Executive and has served as Group Managing Director of CFS GROUP GHANA PLC, a holding company overseeing multiple commercial and investment banks across Africa. Under his visionary leadership, he successfully secured operational licenses and established banking institutions in Ghana, Liberia, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, South Africa, and Malawi. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of CFS Group (Ghana) Plc for four years, driving the company’s growth and market expansion.
Uchechukwu holds a degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from Lagos State University, Ojo, and M-GIBES College of Business & Management, UK. With over 20 years of extensive experience in banking and financial services, he has held key positions at leading institutions, including Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Enterprise Bank, Heritage Bank Plc, and Juwac International Group of Companies. He also sits at the board of various companies. His expertise spans across customer service, account support management, relationship management, business banking, bulk acquisition, branch supervision, and regional coordination of direct sales representatives.

Churchill Uba is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of extensive experience in banking and financial management across Africa and North America. He earned his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Estate Management from Abia State University in Nigeria and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Project Management from the University of Lagos. To further enhance his expertise, he completed a Certificate in Growth Strategies: Identifying Opportunities in Market Trends from Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria, and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA), Churchill demonstrates a robust commitment to professional excellence and continuous development.
Throughout his banking career, Churchill has held significant positions at notable institutions, including the now-defunct FinBank Plc (FCMB), Diamond Bank (Access Bank), Union Bank, Fidelity Bank, Keystone Bank, Unity Bank, and Cititrust Asset Management (Benin Republic), where he was the Country Chief Executive. His vast experience encompasses key roles in West Africa and Canada, where he continues to impact the financial services landscape.

Elder Friday Ogbuehi graduated from Saint Louis University, Madrid, Spain Campus in 1983 with an Associate Degree in Communications. In 1985, he graduated from Drury (College) University, Springfield, Missouri USA, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Spanish Language. In 1988, he completed his Masters
Degree in Business Administration from Southeastern University, S.W., Washington D.C. In 2000, he completed his studies at Blackstone School of Law, Carrollton, Texas, USA, and became a Certified Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
Elder Friday Ogbuehi was the Managing Director of Trans-Atlantic Networks, Inc. at College Park, Maryland USA, an advertising, promotions, and marketing consulting firm. He is currently the Managing Director of Lubak Links, Lagos, Nigeria, a Procurement Consultant and Services Company. He is also currently a director at Mercy Ogbuehi Foundation for Widows & Orphans. Elder Ogbuehi played vital roles in the formation stage of Umuahia Union, Washington D.C. in the 1980s. He was also a onetime Financial Secretary of the Umuahia Union, Washington D.C. USA.
Elder Friday Ogbuehi served for two years as Vice President and five years as president of Amibo Improvement Union, Lagos Branch. In 2010, he served as the Committee Chairman for the Ubakala Improvement Union (U.I.U) Lagos Conference Civic Center Launching.
For his philanthropic works, Elder Ogbuehi has been honoured by various organizations. On March 26, 2017, the Women Ministry of Holy Trinity Anglican Church Apumiri, Ubakala, Umuahia conferred on Elder Ogbuehi its award of Ambassador of Christ for his support of the Church and humanity. On December 9, 2017, Amibo Improvement Union Lagos Branch conferred on Elder Ogbuehi as an Elder of the Union and a distinguished award of Excellence Leadership.
On June 20, 2021, the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Apumiri Ubakala honoured Elder Ogbuehi as a peculiar father and on November 13, 2021, Umuahia Youth in Lagos honoured Elder Ogbuehi for his excellent leadership qualities. Also, on December 2021, HRH Eze Prof. Dr. C. A. Ucheagha, Enyi II of Laguru Autonomous
Community also honoured Elder Ogbuehi for his good leadership qualities and achievements.
Elder Ogbuehi has used his vast experience in life to provide various excellent services to his community Amibo and Ubakala Clan at large. He has used his position as the President General of Ubakala Clan to ensure that peace is maintained, infrastructures are in place, and that the welfare and well-being of Ndi Ubakala are of great importance.
